<Job responsibilities>
- Understand and apply domestic general law and regulations to daily operations from legal perspective to prevent unintentional law violation in advance
- Review commercial contracts
- Respond lawsuits
- Provide strategic legal advice to othe departments to mitigate and control the potential business risk
- Responsible for potential dispute resolution e.g. labour Issue, consumer claims
- Manage corporate issues (BOD, shareholders, registration, and other related matters)
- Manage BOI issues (application for new project, regular report etc)
- Build relationship with related External organization e.g., consumer Protection Board (for consumer claims), BOI, law firm etc
- Other duties as assigned
