Legal Officer (27K–32K) (SDG-61074)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Contract review of group company and drafting in English and Thai
- Providing legal and compliance advice
- Support internal and group company for all related legal/compliance issues.
- Promote company’s Corporate Governance and internal control system
- Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and shareholders meeting
- Coordinate with the external lawyer regarding paper works for litigation case
- Other tasks as assigned by management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- At least 3-5 years experienced in the roles of Corporate Compliance, Lawyer, Corporate Governance or Internal Control Area
- Excellent command in English, (Prefer TOEIC Score 700+)
- Good command of Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Understanding Japanese business
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Automotive industry

- การทบทวนสัญญาของกลุ่ม บริษัท และการร่างเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย
- ให้คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
- สนับสนุนภายในและกลุ่ม บริษัท สำหรับปัญหาด้านกฎหมาย / การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
- ส่งเสริมการกำกับดูแลกิจการและระบบการควบคุมภายในของ บริษัท
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการประชุมคณะกรรมการและการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น
- ประสานงานกับทนายความภายนอกเกี่ยวกับงานกระดาษสำหรับคดีความ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในบทบาทของ Corporate Compliance, Lawyer, Corporate Governance หรือ Internal Control Area
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยม (ชอบคะแนน TOEIC 700+)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (Microsoft Office)
- เข้าใจธุรกิจญี่ปุ่น
