IT Application Planning (Accounting, Admin System) (40K-70K) (SDG-76715)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide leadership and project management and maintenance in any of Financial Planning, General Accounting, Payroll, Financial Risk Assessment for all group company.
- Trial & assess advanced IT tool and make control method to deploy to group company
- Supervise technical staff and vendor and collaborator in managing product development and implementation
- Continuous improvement in Quality, Cost efficiency and Delivery
- Support Managers and partner with peers to ensure the company, our group company and divisional goals are successful
- Other tasks as assigned by Management
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-32 years old
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in IT related field
- At least 5 years’ experience working supporting Finance, accounting system
- Strong understanding concept and elements of SCM, ERP (ex. SAP FI, CO, MM)
- SDLC experience (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Knowledge of SQL, .Net and Java PHP
- Project Management experience
- Good command of English skill (Con-high - Business level)
- Ability to implementing complex IT applications
- Highly proficient to identify real project issues, objective, the right scope of service and goal of project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate, influence, persuade, present concepts and ideas to users and management
- Good in teamwork and collaboration and positive attitude
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to generate smart solutions to team and client
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- TOEIC scores 600 up
- Japanese skill with JLPT N3

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดให้มีความเป็นผู้นำและการบริหารโครงการและการบำรุงรักษาในการวางแผนทางการเงิน การบัญชีทั่วไป การจ่ายเงินเดือน การประเมินความเสี่ยงทางการเงินสำหรับกลุ่มบริษัททั้งหมด
- ทดลองและประเมินเครื่องมือไอทีขั้นสูง และสร้างวิธีการควบคุมเพื่อปรับใช้กับกลุ่มบริษัท
- กำกับดูแลเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านเทคนิคและผู้ขายและผู้ทำงานร่วมกันในการจัดการการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการใช้งาน
- การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องในด้านคุณภาพ ความคุ้มค่า และการส่งมอบ
- สนับสนุนผู้จัดการและพันธมิตรกับเพื่อนร่วมงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่า บริษัท กลุ่ม บริษัท และเป้าหมายของแผนกจะประสบความสำเร็จ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-32 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขา IT ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการเงิน ระบบบัญชี อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- แนวคิดความเข้าใจที่แข็งแกร่งและองค์ประกอบของ SCM, ERP (เช่น SAP FI, CO, MM)
- ประสบการณ์ SDLC (วงจรการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SQL, .Net และ Java PHP
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารโครงการ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ระดับสนทนาสูง-ระดับธุรกิจ)
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นไอทีที่ซับซ้อน
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญสูงในการระบุปัญหาจริงของโครงการ วัตถุประสงค์ ขอบเขตการบริการและเป้าหมายของโครงการ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรและด้วยวาจา มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร โน้มน้าว นำเสนอแนวคิดและความคิดแก่ผู้ใช้และผู้บริหาร
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงานเป็นทีมและการทำงานร่วมกัน
- ความสามารถในการทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันและดำเนินการภายใต้กำหนดเวลาที่แน่น
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่มีประสิทธิภาพพร้อมความสามารถในการสร้างโซลูชันที่ชาญฉลาดให้กับทีมและลูกค้า
