<Job responsibilities>
- Interpret and Translate between Japanese and Thai/English during meetings, emails, and technical discussions.
- Help IT Team in Japan or Japanese customers and Thai staff to communicate effectively about system setup, troubleshooting, and project requirements.
- Translate IT documents such as manuals, reports, and presentations.
- Support IT project coordination by ensuring clear communication between Japanese clients and engineers.
- Assist with basic IT tasks if needed, such as troubleshooting minor network or software issues.
- Work with IT teams (network engineers, system administrators, developers) to Ensure smooth workflow.
- Other tasks as assigned
