1. Add value and improve internal audit operation
2. Perform and control the full audit cycle
2.1 Risk management, Control management over the operation's effectiveness
2.2 Financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
3. Determine internal audit scope
4. Develop an annual plan, and prepare an audit findings memorandum
5. Obtain, analyzing and evaluating accounting documents is responsible for supporting corporate audit and J-SOX audit
6. Source of independent advice to ensure validity legality, and goal achievement
