Import/Export Staff (20K–25K) (SDG-104693)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายนำเข้า/ส่งออก
<Job responsibilities>
・Manage Export shipment & Import/Domestic shipment
・Follow Shipments to delivery on time by coordinating with shipping/freight forwarder and suppliers
・Prepare documents related to Import/Export such as PO, invoices
*Especially Export to China is the main task
・Stock and Inventory management
・Other tasks as assigned
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
・จัดการการส่งออกและนำเข้า/จัดส่งภายในประเทศ
・ติดตามการจัดส่งให้ส่งมอบตรงเวลาโดยประสานงานกับผู้จัดส่ง/ผู้ส่งสินค้าและซัพพลายเออร์
・จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า/ส่งออก เช่น PO, ใบแจ้งหนี้
*โดยเฉพาะการส่งออกไปยังประเทศจีนถือเป็นงานหลัก
・การจัดการสต็อกและสินค้าคงคลัง
・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 26 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in Import/Export in Logistics Company
- Experience with Export/Import process in terms of schedule and document
- Conversational middle-level of English (Mainly email)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese language skill

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้า/ส่งออกในบริษัทโลจิสติกส์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการส่งออก/นำเข้าทั้งในด้านกำหนดการและเอกสาร
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง (อีเมลเป็นหลัก)
