เจ้าหน้าที่ ICT
<Job Responsibilities>
- Vendor control and ICT project management
- PC support (Support and fix ICT problem for all office)
- Fix, set and improve office infrastructure (set and implement network equipment, set and implement security facilities)
- Server management (AX dynamics, Fileserver)
- Make manuals and policies for ICT charge person and users (English/Japanese and Thai)
- Solve ICT problem by your own
- Other job assigned by supervisor
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 23-30 years old
- Graduated from High School or above
- Experience 3 years in ICT, Windows, Network
or
- Experience 1 years in ICT, Windows, Network and bachelor’s degree of IT
- Strong to use MS Office, presentation, and communication skill
- Able to communicate in English (TOEIC score over 700)
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Able to communicate in English
- Working experience in Japanese company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- การควบคุมผู้ขายและการจัดการโครงการ ICT
- รองรับ PC (รองรับและแก้ไขปัญหา ICT สำหรับสำนักงานทั้งหมด)
- แก้ไข ตั้งค่า และปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของสำนักงาน (ตั้งค่าและใช้อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย ตั้งค่าและใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านความปลอดภัย)
- การจัดการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (ไดนามิก AX, Fileserver)
- จัดทำคู่มือและนโยบายสำหรับผู้เรียกเก็บเงิน ICT และผู้ใช้ (อังกฤษ/ญี่ปุ่น และไทย)
- แก้ปัญหา ICT ด้วยตัวเอง
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 23-30 ปี
- จบมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีในด้าน ICT, Windows, Network
- หรือ
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีในด้าน ICT, Windows, Network และปริญญาตรี IT
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี มีทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสาร
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (TOEIC มากกว่า 700 คะแนน)
