<Job Responsibilities>
Human Resources :
- To manage both HRM and HRD all function.
- To Create a recruitment plan both permanent and sub-contractor by consulting with each department head, and recruit necessary members according to the plan.
- To plan and conduct human resource management , personnel allocation and shift management .
- To plan and proceed and assess training contents based on organization, business and employee need.
- To manage rule of bonus, increment salary ,promotion, retirement allowance and personal income tax.
- Manage the BCP plan, coordinate with Department of industrial works
- To manage employee’s labour management based on legal , labour Law and company rules.
- To encourage employee relation and work with labour union ,welfare committee including another committee
General affair :
- To make budget, aggregation of performance, analysis, make documents about production
- To correspond to customer audit,
- Facility ,utility and building management
- To protect thoroughly safety and compliance
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35 – 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years as HR Manager with HRM and HRD directly experience from the factory.
- Have managerial experiences more than 5 years
- Experiences in Labour Union
- Remarkable experiences in Employee Relations field
- Technical knowledge of materials used in the factory
- Well understanding of factory standard IATF, IEAT, ISO, BCP plan, BOI and all related
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Master’s degree or higher in HRM or related field.
- Experiences in managing big size company and subcontracts

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ :
- เพื่อจัดการทั้ง HRM และ HRD ทุกฟังก์ชั่น
- จัดทำแผนการจัดหาทั้งแบบถาวรและแบบเหมาช่วง โดยปรึกษากับหัวหน้าแผนกแต่ละแผนก และสรรหาสมาชิกที่จำเป็นตามแผน
- เพื่อวางแผนและดำเนินการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล จัดสรรบุคลากร และบริหารกะ
- เพื่อวางแผนและดำเนินการและประเมินเนื้อหาการฝึกอบรมตามความต้องการขององค์กร ธุรกิจ และพนักงาน
- บริหารจัดการกฏโบนัส เงินเดือนที่เพิ่มขึ้น โปรโมชั่น เบี้ยเลี้ยงเกษียณ และภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา
- บริหารจัดการแผน BCP ประสานงานกับกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- บริหารจัดการการจัดการแรงงานของพนักงานตามกฎหมาย กฎหมายแรงงาน และระเบียบบริษัท
- เพื่อส่งเสริมพนักงานสัมพันธ์และทำงานร่วมกับสหภาพแรงงาน คณะกรรมการสวัสดิการ รวมทั้งคณะกรรมการชุดอื่น
เรื่องทั่วไป :
- จัดทำงบประมาณ รวบรวมผลงาน วิเคราะห์ ทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการผลิต
- เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการตรวจสอบลูกค้า
- การจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกยูทิลิตี้และอาคาร
- เพื่อปกป้องความปลอดภัยและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดอย่างทั่วถึง
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย/หญิง 35 – 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง HR Manager โดยมีประสบการณ์ HRM และ HRD โดยตรงจากโรงงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารมากกว่า 5 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ในสหภาพแรงงาน
- ประสบการณ์ที่โดดเด่นในด้านพนักงานสัมพันธ์
- ความรู้ด้านเทคนิคของวัสดุที่ใช้ในโรงงาน
- เข้าใจมาตรฐานโรงงาน IATF, IEAT, ISO, BCP plan, BOI และที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเป็นอย่างดี
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขา HRM หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารบริษัทขนาดใหญ่และผู้รับเหมาช่วง
