HR Manager at Pathum Thani (50K–60K) (SDG-63616)
<Job Responsibilities>
target: setting evaluation standard more efficiency
- Manage overall HRM, HRD and Admin function
- Taking responsibility for training & development within the organization in relation to processes and efficiency in order to increase people skills & competencies as well as improve the learning management system career paths, training road maps, development programs and schedules, as well as designing curriculum and organizing training.
- Managing succession planning and identifying in-house and external training requirements and sources.
- Analyzing and designing assessment tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools in accordance with employee and company requirements.
- Planning and managing training needs and analyzing those needs to identify and prioritize employees requirements for each level.
- Preparing and implementing the annual training budget.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management.
- -Strategist responsible for long-term planning and integrating of HRD into the organization.
- Encourage and provide support management level to set their KPIs and performance outcome align with company goal.
- Provide guidance to line manager to develop KPI, target, criteria and their subordinate evaluation.
- Responsible for the overall management of the Recruitment team to deliver effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment and selection processes for supporting our business rapid growth.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in full scope of Human Resources in Manufacturing
- Experience of design and implement effective training and development
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with strong services-mind
- Good command of English both Thai & English.
- Able to work Monday to Saturday
- Knowledge of Salary matrix , IDP (Individual Development Plan )

- จัดการฟังก์ชั่น HRM, HRD และ Admin โดยรวม
- รับผิดชอบในการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาภายในองค์กรที่สัมพันธ์กับกระบวนการและประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อเพิ่มทักษะและสมรรถนะของบุคลากร ตลอดจนปรับปรุงเส้นทางอาชีพของระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ แผนที่เส้นทางการฝึกอบรม โปรแกรมและตารางเวลาการพัฒนา ตลอดจนการออกแบบหลักสูตรและ การจัดฝึกอบรม
- การจัดการการวางแผนสืบทอดตำแหน่งและการระบุข้อกำหนดและแหล่งที่มาของการฝึกอบรมภายในและภายนอก
- วิเคราะห์และออกแบบเครื่องมือและกระบวนการประเมินเพื่อกำหนดช่องว่างความสามารถและแนะนำเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาที่เหมาะสมตามข้อกำหนดของพนักงานและบริษัท
- วางแผนและจัดการความต้องการการฝึกอบรมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการเหล่านั้นเพื่อระบุและจัดลำดับความสำคัญความต้องการของพนักงานในแต่ละระดับ
- จัดทำและดำเนินการงบประมาณการฝึกอบรมประจำปี
- ดำเนินการศึกษาติดตามผลการฝึกอบรมที่เสร็จสิ้นทั้งหมดเพื่อประเมินและวัดผล
- ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในฐานะสมาชิกในทีมกับสมาชิกฝ่ายบริหารคนอื่นๆ
- -Strategist รับผิดชอบการวางแผนระยะยาวและการบูรณาการ HRD เข้ากับองค์กร
- ส่งเสริมและให้การสนับสนุนระดับการจัดการเพื่อกำหนด KPI และผลการปฏิบัติงานที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้จัดการสายงานเพื่อพัฒนา KPI เป้าหมาย เกณฑ์และการประเมินผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- รับผิดชอบการบริหารโดยรวมของทีม Recruitment เพื่อส่งมอบประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกเพื่อรองรับการเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วของธุรกิจของเรา

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในขอบเขตทรัพยากรบุคคลในการผลิตทั้งหมด
- ประสบการณ์การออกแบบและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สื่อสารและนำเสนอได้ดี มีใจรักบริการ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- ทำงานจันทร์-เสาร์ได้
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Salary matrix , IDP (Individual Development Plan )
