HR & GA Leader @ Chonburi (26K-46K) (SDG-51509)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for all HR/GA functions such as VISA/Work permit, Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, Evaluation, Training
Coordinate with other department regarding to HR
Implementation of new HR system (evaluation), analyze the efficiency and conduct any solution to fulfill employee's satisfaction
Plan and develop training project and activities with management
Managing company drivers and
Provide any support for Thai Mgr, JP management to operate the business activity effectively
Coordinate with government by understanding Thai Labor Law, with making some documents
Other tasks might be assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor Degree in any field
At least 5 years’ experience as HR/GA
Having working experience as HRD, especially handling evaluation system
Having knowledge/experience of Thai Labor Law, coordinate with government
Basic-Conversational level of English (especially reading and writing)
Able to commute by oneself
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to communicate in Japanese

Workplace Area: Saha Group Industrial Park Sr, Chonburi
Working Hour: 7:30-17:00(Mon-Fri *Saturday working only in case they have holiday in week day about 5 times in a year)
