<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Overall production process and manage other staff at production site to follow plan, keep good quality of production and coordinate with JP HQ

<Job Responsibilities>
Main duty : Overall production process and manage other staff at production site to follow plan, keep good quality of production and coordinate with JP HQ
・Overview production process and check whether it's followed schedule or not
・Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process and run time
・Take responsibility for safety of factory site
・Other task as JP President assign and communicate in JP

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields.
・At least 10 year’s working experience as production management or production control in chemical's manufacturing company.
・Basic in English
・Business level in Japanese (JLPT N1 only)
・Be able to commute to work by themselves.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry fields.
