Job Responsibilities - Manage and control the financial and accounting processes in order to comply with the company's policy (Mainiy financial tasks) - Prepare various financial reports such as balance sheets, and income statements, including related reports. and close the account properly and on time to present to the management - Plan tax as well as give useful advice to present to the management - Prepare a cash flow report to present an opportunity and possibility - Coordinate with relevant external agencies to make the work more convenient and smooth - Plan, control and check accurate accounting and tax preparation. and delivered on time - Responsible for supervising and managing the team to operate according to the goals or a predetermined map have potential and as scheduled. - Other assigned tasks from Thai Manager ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ - จัดการและควบคุมกระบวนการทางการเงินและบัญชีให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท (งานทางการเงิน Mainiy) - จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินต่างๆ เช่น งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน รวมถึงรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และปิดบัญชีอย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลาเพื่อนำเสนอต่อฝ่ายบริหาร - วางแผนภาษีพร้อมให้คำแนะนำที่เป็นประโยชน์เพื่อนำเสนอต่อฝ่ายบริหาร - จัดทำรายงานกระแสเงินสดเพื่อนำเสนอโอกาสและความเป็นไปได้ - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การทำงานสะดวกและราบรื่นยิ่งขึ้น - วางแผน ควบคุม และตรวจสอบการจัดทำบัญชีและภาษีให้ถูกต้อง และส่งมอบตรงเวลา - รับผิดชอบในการกำกับดูแลและบริหารจัดการทีมงานให้ดำเนินการตามเป้าหมายหรือแผนที่ที่กำหนดไว้ล่วงหน้ามีศักยภาพและตามกำหนดเวลา - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวไทย
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 28-48 years • Female, Male • Bachelor’s degree in accounting field • At least 3 years of experience in accounting and financials in any manufacturing industry • Not a JOB hopper • Willing to have CPD license • Conversational middle-level of English ( Able to read and write by e-mail) • At least 1 year of management experience is preferable • Have experience in import and export tasks is preferable • Conversational Japanese level is preferable • Have CPD license is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: 1 time in a month *Last Saturday of every month) ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น • อายุ 28-48 ปี • ชายหญิง • ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านบัญชีและการเงินในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ • ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย • มีความประสงค์จะมีใบอนุญาต CPD • การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง ( สามารถอ่านและเขียนทางอีเมลได้) • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีประสบการณ์ในงานนำเข้าและส่งออกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • ระดับการสนทนาภาษาญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีใบอนุญาต CPD จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทักษะด้านภาษา • อังกฤษ : สนทนา • ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.(วันเสาร์ทำงาน: 1 ครั้งต่อเดือน *วันเสาร์สุดท้ายของทุกเดือน)
