<Job Responsibilities>
- Create root cause analysis report
- Analyze and find solution to improve on failure/NG products by using proper analysis tools
- Create development plan/experiment in order to improve quality, productivity, yield, cost of products produced by automatic machine
- Coordinate with production team/process engineer for the support on quality improvement plan
- Perform a review check on all process to find out the problematic process
- Issuing testing batch Information for engineer to evaluate the process improvement/development
- Other tasks as assigned by report line

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 22-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of engineering or related field
- At least 1 year experiences as failure analysis engineer with knowledge in HDD base plate production, die-casting
- Good knowledge in failure analysis tools or related statistic analysis tools such as design of experiment (DOE), root cause analysis (RCA)
- Be able to communicate in English (for internal communication)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- High year of experiences

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สร้างรายงานการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่แท้จริง
- วิเคราะห์และหาทางแก้ไขเพื่อปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีความล้มเหลว / NG โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ที่เหมาะสม
- จัดทำแผนพัฒนา / ทดลองเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลผลิตผลผลิตต้นทุนของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตด้วยเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ
- ประสานงานกับทีมผลิต / วิศวกรกระบวนการเพื่อสนับสนุนแผนการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ
- ทำการตรวจสอบการตรวจสอบกระบวนการทั้งหมดเพื่อค้นหากระบวนการที่มีปัญหา
- การออกข้อมูลชุดการทดสอบสำหรับวิศวกรเพื่อประเมินการปรับปรุง / พัฒนากระบวนการ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามสายรายงาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 22-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวที่มีความรู้ด้านการผลิตแผ่นฐาน HDD การหล่อขึ้นรูป
- มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีในเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวหรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่นการออกแบบการทดลอง (DOE) การวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ (RCA)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน)
