Export & Import Coordinator (Focus on Import, Food) (22K–32K) (SDG-117199)

<Job responsibilities>
1. Handle import process
- Coordinate with government agency if there are any unclear points and submit required documents.
- Coordinate with supplier to request needed documents for importing goods.
- Coordinate with truck for deliver goods. also send report of Monthly truck using.
- Coordinate with cold storage to store goods. also send report of Monthly storage using
- Coordinate with salespersons for deliver goods as schedule.
- Sometimes Coordinate with customers when salesperson they are inconvenient.
2. Handle export process.
- to update Monthly ocean freight cost.
- To find best fit of ocean freight schedule as required by sales team.
- To handle export process by confirm loading schedule with supplier and customer,
booking vessel, Haulage and prepared documents for purpose to get export permission.
- to collect and send Export documents to customer.
3. Other job as assigned by superior such as Administrative works



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years as Import Officer with or without Export process
- Handle documentation work for importing goods
- Conversational Middle to High level in English (internal communicate with Japanese MD, Coordinate with oversea supplier and clients etc.)
- MS office especially Excel
- Coordinate with various people, Be a good coordinator and supporter.
- Strong liaison skills (with suppliers, internal-external person etc.)
- Keen to learn new knowledge (High in curiosity and challenging mindset)
- Detail oriented, accurate in document works
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Direct Experience of Food business
- Full loop in both Import and Export process
- TOEIC Certificate
- Early join applicants

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Sat: depends on each year calendar; 2025: 4 days per year>
Work from home 1 Day a week (After passed probation or depending on superior judgement))
