Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)
@Chonburi (40K-60K) (SDG-40529)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Explain about medical services to customers
 Handling patient call and arrange the appointment if patient need to go hospital
 As necessary, accompany to hospital with patient
 Answer the call from patients with Stand-by 8 times/month except working time
 Visiting hospital to take care patients with Stand-by 2~3 times/month except working time (1 time around 2 hours)
 Provide translation service between patient and doctor at hospital
 Making reports of patient cases
 Update the information of medical
 Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 21-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 New graduate is welcomed
 Business Level of Japanese (N2)
 Able to visit hospital and work at night time (for emergency cases)
 Able to stand-by on Saturday and Sunday
 Be able to commute to work by themselves
 Service mind and customer-oriented person

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in hospital as translator
 Working experience as a nurse
 Experienced living in Japan

Workplace Area: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Basically Monday - Friday (Mon~Sun Stand by working: Stand-by 8 days /month (no visit), 2~3 times / month (visit hospital)))
