Customer Service Executive (20K-35K) (SDG-75267) เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า <Job Responsibilities> - Provide sales and administrative support daily (issue PO, send forecast, etc.) - Liaise with customers for delivery arrangements & requirements. - Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required. - Monitor inventory and payment issues. - Support control document AR & AP. - Document filling for all necessary permit - Other task as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-35 years old - Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder - 3 years as sales coordinator/customer service from similar industries - Good verbal and written communication skill in English - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Power Point, etc. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Be able to communicate in Japanese Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday (Sat: none)) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–35,000THB About the company Product & Service: Distributors of electronic components Business Type: General Trading Company; Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components

เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า (20K-35K) (SDG-75267) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ให้การสนับสนุนด้านการขายและการบริหารรายวัน (ออก PO ส่งการคาดการณ์ ฯลฯ ) - ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า เพื่อจัดเตรียมและจัดส่ง - ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและจัดเตรียมเอกสารการจัดส่งตามต้องการ - ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังและปัญหาการชำระเงิน - รองรับเอกสารควบคุม AR & AP - กรอกเอกสารขออนุญาตที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด - งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี - วุฒิ ปวส. หรือ ป.ตรี - 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ประสานงานการขาย/บริการลูกค้าจากอุตสาหกรรมที่คล้ายคลึงกัน - ทักษะการสื่อสารทางวาจาและการเขียนที่ดีในภาษาอังกฤษ - สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี เช่น Excel, Power Point เป็นต้น <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - -สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS พร้อมพงษ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:30 น.
