เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า (การนำเข้าการขนส่งทางอากาศ C.S.)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Operate airfreight daily jobs
- Coordinate all necessary import documents
- Follow up on the shipments and advise status to customer
- Do the report both of Company & Customer by completed detail or as per customer requirement

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Have 2 years of experience in Operations Airfreight Import
- Able to work under pressure and flexible hours working times.
- Must can command of spoken and written English.
- Willing to be worked at Suvarnabhumi Airport office.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:15 (Monday-Friday (2 SAT/Month)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดำเนินการงานขนส่งทางอากาศรายวัน
- ประสานงานเอกสารนำเข้าที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด
- ติดตามการจัดส่งและแจ้งสถานะให้กับลูกค้า
- ทำรายงานทั้งของบริษัทและลูกค้าโดยกรอกรายละเอียดให้ครบถ้วนหรือตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ด้าน ปฏิบัติการนำเข้าสินค้าทางอากาศ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ และชั่วโมงการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นได้
- ต้องสามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้
- เต็มใจที่จะทำงานที่สำนักงานท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ
