เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า
<Job responsibilities>
- Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Maintain price list
- Order entry
- Check product availability
- Coordinate with member in CS & Supply Chain team
- Arrange shipment
- Issue correct shipping documentation
- Solicit pending payment
- Support Sales Managers
- Supply various documentation to customers
- Contribute to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem
- There’s a chance to handle import or export
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ให้บริการลูกค้าด้วยการให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ แก้ไขปัญหาสินค้าและบริการ
- รักษาบันทึกลูกค้าด้วยการอัพเดตข้อมูลบัญชี
- รักษารายการราคา
- รายการสั่งซื้อ
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของผลิตภัณฑ์
- ประสานงานกับสมาชิกในทีม CS & Supply Chain
- จัดเตรียมการจัดส่ง
- ออกเอกสารการจัดส่งที่ถูกต้อง
- ขอค้างชำระเงิน
- สนับสนุนผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย
- จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆให้กับลูกค้า
- มีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการโดยชี้แจงข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า ระบุสาเหตุของปัญหา
- มีโอกาสที่จะจัดการนำเข้าหรือส่งออก
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in BA or other relevant fields
- A minimum of 3 -5 years experience in Customer Service in a Trading Company
- Result oriented, accurate and open-minded,
- Knowledgeable on material import and export in Asian Countries,
- Good command in English
- SAP knowledge Required

- Customer sevice and logistics skills

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริการลูกค้าในบริษัทการค้าอย่างน้อย 3 -5 ปี
- มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ ถูกต้อง และเปิดกว้าง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการนำเข้าและส่งออกวัสดุในประเทศแถบเอเชีย
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- จำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ SAP
