<Job responsibilities>
- Be able to support clients, ensuring customers effectively use company products through training, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of products (software, machines, tooling).
- work with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide training to customers on how to use company software and machinery.
- Support tooling trials and feasibility studies for customers.
- Assist in preparing proposals and technical documents for potential clients.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events to showcase company products.
- Provide technical consultation and pre-Sales Support to help close deals.
