เจ้าหน้าที่กลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ (EN / JP)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support building business strategy for whole group company(Thai, Japan) with Japanese manager
- Present and propose business improvement solution to executive in Japan
- Analyse company's financial status and create business strategy
- Analyse and execute business improvement plan
- Improvement of internal IT system such as ERP system
- Coordinate with other department
- Support new set up project (retail business)
- Liaise with other group company and unify company value
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed
- Business level Japanese (N2 up) or Conversational high level of English
- Good logical thinking skill and good at numbers
- more than 5 years working experience
- Interested in business strategy and business management
- Personality: Flexible, proactive
- Can commute or relocate to Nakonchaisri,Nakhonpathom
- **In the future might have opportunity to move to BKK
- Person who want to challenge yourself in new set up BtoC business

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience in financial industry or have knowledge in accounting or finance
- MBA

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level

Workplace Area: Sampatuan,Nakonchaisri,Nakhonpathom
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สนับสนุนการสร้างกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจให้กับทั้งกลุ่มบริษัท (ไทย ญี่ปุ่น) โดยมีผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
- นำเสนอและเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงธุรกิจให้กับผู้บริหารในญี่ปุ่น
- วิเคราะห์สถานะทางการเงินของบริษัทและสร้างกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ
- วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการตามแผนพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- ปรับปรุงระบบไอทีภายใน เช่น ระบบ ERP
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ
- รองรับการจัดตั้งโครงการใหม่ (ธุรกิจค้าปลีก)
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับกลุ่มบริษัทอื่นๆ และรวมมูลค่าบริษัทเข้าด้วยกัน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 26 - 35 ปี
- ป.ตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ (N2 ขึ้นไป) หรือสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- ทักษะการคิดเชิงตรรกะที่ดีและเก่งตัวเลข
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 5 ปี
- สนใจกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจและการจัดการธุรกิจ
- บุคลิก : คล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว
- สามารถเดินทางไป-กลับ นครชัยศรี นครปฐม
- **ในอนาคตอาจมีโอกาสย้ายไปกทม
- ผู้ที่ต้องการท้าทายตัวเองในธุรกิจ BtoC ที่ตั้งขึ้นใหม่

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินหรือมีความรู้ด้านบัญชีหรือการเงิน
- MBA
