Business Development Manager - Project (50K-100K) (SDG-80119) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ - โครงการ <Job Responsibilities> • Responsible for overall business performance and strategic planning of own accounts • Develop, maintain, and share detailed knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behaviour, decision-makers, customer business drivers, and competition • Drive the development of existing and new markets and trade lanes • Establish and develop account relationships based on a defined strategy • Act as focal point for customer resolution and claims • Plan, facilitate and conduct customer negotiations • Collaborate with different functions to ensure volume, mix and profitability targets are met • Ensure services are delivered to customers in a correct and timely manner • Responsible to always maintain customer satisfaction • Other duties as assigned. <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields - 3+ years of experience in Business Development roles for logistic industry - Knowledge in logistics process - Fluent in English both writing and speaking - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) - Customer oriented, self-disciplined, results focused with a “can-do” attitude.
