Business Development Manager -Power Project (100K–120K) (SDG-95104)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Project screening, conducting preliminary feasibility study and evaluating investment opportunities of the potential projects in assigned market/industry (both greenfield and M&A) including risk analysis and financial analysis.
- Coordinating and managing external advisors and internal departments in the company to conduct full feasibility study or investment due diligence.
- Developing offers, proposals, presentations in relation to the project development/investment to prospective clients/partners/government agencies/lenders, as the case may be.
- Preparing correspondent letters and related documents in connection with the project negotiation and development to be submitted to the concerned parties.
- Preparing documents, presentations, or summary report to seek an approval for project development and implementation from the company’s relevant approval authority(ies).
- Reviewing, summarizing, and negotiating commercial terms and conditions of agreements with clients/advisors/government agencies/lenders.
- Monitoring project execution progress and managing ongoing contracts with concerned parties.
- Preparing and summarizing project information, analytical reports, presentations as well as periodical updated status of progress of the project for management’s report throughout project development phase.
- Maintaining close relationship and network building with relevant clients/partners/government agencies/lenders to ensure business opportunities.
- Performing other duties as assigned in relation to business development.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, energy-related technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in business development, project management, financial institutions, or similar role.
- Proven work experiences in feasibility study, financial modelling, business development, project management of power, renewable energy, hydro, utilities, infrastructure, or mining industry.
- Fluent in English both of written and verbal
- Excellent computer literacy and good command in MS Office.
- Proficient skill in financial modelling. Good understanding of business valuation and/or project finance modelling.
- Understandings of financial analysis, business analysis, business law, construction management, project management etc.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and well organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Inter-personal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
- Proactive and self-dependent.
- Ability to travel and work in upcountry and abroad.

- Previous overseas project assignments are viewed.
