Business development and Marketing Officer or Senior associate officer (30K–40K) (SDG-64728) เจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาธุรกิจและการตลาด หรือ เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโส <Job Responsibilities> - To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on - To make a feasibility study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on - To conduct overall market research related to real estate development business - To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them - To collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business - To perform other duties that may be assigned - To support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks - Other duties assigned by Manager ** There will more non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 27 - 32 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Strategy or any related fields. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing for the residential development, of any other real estate development business - Good understanding about feasibility study in real estate business - Conversational high level of English, strong communication skills - PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point Matched personality - Cooperative with team members - Strong sense of responsibility - Supportive and flexible - Act according to circumstances - Open to learn the new knowledge and skills - Interested in various tasks Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong ,Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:40(Monday to Friday(Sat:none)) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: the Residential Development Business, Leasing Business, Investment Management Business, Property Brokerage & CRE Business, Property & Facility Management Business, and Other Business.
