Business Coordination(Strategy Development Team) (30K–40K) (SDG-101956)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายประสานงานธุรกิจ (ทีมพัฒนากลยุทธ์)
<Job responsibilities>
- Frontline of contact for overseas clients.
- Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance, recommend new opportunities and service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including with a branch office aborad to ensure the business is integrated with overall marketing and communication strategies.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and execution plans to ensure the efficient outcome from the project.
- Attend and work closely with team for pitching projects, new business & consolidate presentation to propose clients.
- Coordinate with external vendors domestically and internationally to develop the digital transformation businesses and strategy.
- Negotiate and persuade the related parties to agree with the ideas or concept of the business plans and involve with the sales planning management and implementation to achieve the targets
- Support top management to develop a growth plan for existing clients, market research & analysis for seeking new potential customers for getting new orders and extra volumes to be aligned with company growth direction.
- Research and input critical thoughts to industry trends, competitor dynamics and current events to provide relevant business insights.
- Provide sales data to the management team and responsible for document control.
- Cope with the ad-hoc and urgent tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration or any related fields.
- Experienced in marketing and business development fields for 2-3 years.
- Business level in English (IELTS overall band score 6.5 or above. TOEIC overall score 860 or above.)
- Automotive, market research, business Consultancy

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ติดต่อลูกค้าต่างประเทศ
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าโดยการให้การสนับสนุน ข้อมูล และคำแนะนำโอกาสใหม่ๆ และการปรับปรุงบริการ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานภายใน รวมถึงกับสำนักงานสาขาในต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าธุรกิจจะบูรณาการเข้ากับกลยุทธ์การตลาดและการสื่อสารโดยรวม
- จัดการงบประมาณโครงการ ระยะเวลา และแผนการดำเนินการเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลลัพธ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพจากโครงการ
- เข้าร่วมและทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมเพื่อนำเสนอโครงการ ธุรกิจใหม่ และรวบรวมการนำเสนอเพื่อเสนอลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับผู้จำหน่ายภายนอกทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศเพื่อพัฒนาธุรกิจและกลยุทธ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางดิจิทัล
- เจรจาและชักชวนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เห็นด้วยกับแนวคิดของแผนธุรกิจและมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารและวางแผนการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- สนับสนุนผู้บริหารระดับสูงในการพัฒนาแผนการเติบโตสำหรับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน การวิจัยและวิเคราะห์ตลาดเพื่อค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อรับคำสั่งซื้อใหม่และปริมาณพิเศษเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการเติบโตของบริษัท
- วิจัยและป้อนความคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ต่อแนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรม พลวัตของคู่แข่ง และเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบันเพื่อให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกทางธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ให้ข้อมูลการขายแก่ทีมผู้บริหารและรับผิดชอบในการควบคุมเอกสาร
- รับมือกับงานเฉพาะกิจและงานเร่งด่วน
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration or any related fields.
- Experienced in marketing and business development fields for 2-3 years.
- Business level in English (IELTS overall band score 6.5 or above. TOEIC overall score 860 or above.)
