Automotive Manufacturer Sales Representative (25K-30K) (SDG-83107)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Making new documents and label related IATF16949, APQP and PPAP of new products for key account client
- Coordinate with client about new products
- Acquire client's requirement and coordinate with relevant internal department
- Coordinate with suppliers about making products
- Follow up the status from production to delivery process
- Handle inventory control and order to factory side
- Take care of existing client and develop new clients (in the future)
- Visit client site after got appointment by phone call or email to propose products (in the future, 2-3 times per week, able to use company car with driver if you don't have driving licence)
- Handle customer's inquiries and complaint
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any field **Majored in Printing and Engineering will be preferable
- At least 3 years of working experiences as B2B sales, Sales support or QA/QC position which handled lots of documentation
- Conversational middle level in English (to write and read email)

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience as sales automotive-related or/and sticker-related industries
- Have knowledge of APQP, IATF 16949 and PPAP

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday -Friday (Sat: Every 2 weeks))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ทำเอกสารใหม่และฉลากที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IATF16949, APQP และ PPAP ของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่สำหรับลูกค้าบัญชีหลัก
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- รับความต้องการของลูกค้าและประสานงานกับแผนกภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ในการผลิตสินค้า
- ติดตามสถานะตั้งแต่การผลิตจนถึงขั้นตอนการจัดส่ง
- ควบคุมสต๊อกสินค้าและสั่งสินค้าเข้าโรงงาน
- ดูแลลูกค้าเดิมและพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ (ในอนาคต)
- เยี่ยมไซต์ลูกค้าหลังจากได้รับการแต่งตั้งทางโทรศัพท์หรืออีเมลเพื่อเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ (ในอนาคต 2-3 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ สามารถใช้รถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับได้หากไม่มีใบขับขี่)
- จัดการข้อซักถามและข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา **สาขาวิชาการพิมพ์และวิศวกรรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านการขาย B2B, Sales Support หรือตำแหน่ง QA/QC ซึ่งจัดการเอกสารจำนวนมาก
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง (สำหรับการเขียนและอ่านอีเมล)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขายยานยนต์หรือ/และอุตสาหกรรมเกี่ยวกับสติกเกอร์
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ APQP, IATF 16949 และ PPAP
