Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production automation processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Develop automation process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Design, drawing and develop all automation process. (PLC, Electrical)
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report to report line immediately.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- วางแผนและประสานงานกระบวนการผลิตอัตโนมัติทุกวันเพื่อผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพสูง
- พัฒนาการปรับปรุงกระบวนการอัตโนมัติเพื่อใช้อุปกรณ์และวัสดุอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อเพิ่มการผลิตสูงสุด
- ออกแบบ เขียนแบบ และพัฒนากระบวนการอัตโนมัติทั้งหมด (บมจ., ไฟฟ้า)
- ระบุการปฏิบัติงานและแนวปฏิบัติที่ไม่ปลอดภัยและรายงานต่อสายด่วนทันที
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ทางวิศวกรรมเพื่อลดเวลาหยุดทำงานและการหยุดทำงาน
- ประเมินกิจกรรมการผลิตในปัจจุบันและให้คำแนะนำในการปรับปรุง
- ให้การฝึกอบรมและคำแนะนำแก่สมาชิกในทีมเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิต
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 22-30 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering or Robotic Engineering field *for fresh grad
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field *for candidate who have working experience as Automation Engineer
• Fresh grad is considered if have training experience in manufacturing
• Have experience about PLC (any brand)
• Conversational low-middle level of English
• Have working experience as Automation Engineer from Casting company is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amatanakorn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat Work: around 2 times in a week*Depends on company calendar)
