Assistant to Managing Director Secretary - Japanese Speaking (N2) (45K–60K) (SDG-114912) <Job responsibilities> - Manage and organize the Managing Director's time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments - Make travel arrangements for Japanese and accompanying personnel - Make reservations, VISA applications, airline, car rental, hotel, etc. - Receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, email, or in person - Support in meetings, conferences, and day-to-day activities of the Managing Director - Single window for Visa and Work Permit for foreign business trips (Expat). - Perform other administrative duties

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Japanese or any fields - At least 2-4 years of Secretary or related experience - Have Experience in Supporting VISA and work Permit - Have work Experience in manufacturing - Conversational high to business level in Japanese (for Communicating with the Japanese Managing Director) - Conversational high level in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening) - JLPT N2 up - Good in Computer skills (MS office program) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing - Have TOEIC score Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: Mueang, Pathum Thani Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits 45,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Semiconductor Manufacturing Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components;
