Mold Assistant Manager (Die Casting) (40K–60K) (SDG-94105)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแม่พิมพ์ (Die Casting)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Overall Control of Mold Fabrication Process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, - - - Assembly and Report to Department Manager
- Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’s KPI
- Monitoring and Achieve Production Target & Sale Target
- Production meeting & follow up production progress
- Propose action to improve Quality System
- Improve the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target
- Communication and solve the problem about quality issue to concern persons
- Manage all subordinate to perform quality standard
- Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction
- Attend the meeting / conference with customers to settle quality issue
- Monitoring the document control (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan)
- Monitoring Internal Audit, Third Party Audit, Customer Audit, Supplier Audit
- Supplier control to secure capacity and quality
- Budget and Expense Control
- Cost Reduction in Mold Department and Cost Negotiation with supplier
- Provide Education to improve skill of Engineer & Technician
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 38 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Science or any related field
- At least 5 years in Die Casting / Mold Fabrication / New Mold Making
- Experience in CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly
- Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English
- Professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality
- Excellent personal skills
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- From electronics manufacturing companies
- Bachelor degree in engineering or related
- Working experience in Japanese company

- ควบคุมโดยรวมของกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ เช่น CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, - - - การประกอบและรายงานต่อผู้จัดการแผนก
- กำหนดและบรรลุ KPI ของแผนกและ KPI ของพนักงาน
- ติดตามและบรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิตและเป้าหมายการขาย
- ประชุมฝ่ายผลิตและติดตามความคืบหน้าการผลิต
- เสนอการดำเนินการเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบคุณภาพ
- ปรับปรุงคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และบรรลุเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพ
- สื่อสารและแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพให้กับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริหารจัดการลูกน้องให้ปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าด้านการสั่งซื้อ / การขาย / การจัดส่ง / คุณภาพ และติดตามผลเพื่อให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจสูงสุด
- เข้าร่วมการประชุม / การประชุมกับลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบการควบคุมเอกสาร (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan)
- การตรวจสอบการตรวจสอบภายใน, การตรวจสอบบุคคลที่สาม, การตรวจสอบลูกค้า, การตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์
- การควบคุมซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อรักษาความจุและคุณภาพ
- การควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่าย
- การลดต้นทุนในแผนกแม่พิมพ์และการต่อรองต้นทุนกับซัพพลายเออร์
- ให้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของวิศวกรและช่างเทคนิค
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , อายุ 38 - 48 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในงาน Die Casting / Mold Fabrication / New Mould Making
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly
- การทำงานเป็นทีมและความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษด้วยวาจาและลายลักษณ์อักษรที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มืออาชีพที่มีคุณภาพความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่งพร้อมบุคลิกภาพที่น่าพึงพอใจ
- ทักษะส่วนบุคคลที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
