Opportunities to present
1. Analyse if the trade is in line with the company's business framework.
2. Plan marketing and presentation to meet clients' needs.
3. Coordinate with business partners to increase service channels.
4. Analyse the market trends of competitors in the same business.
5. Analyse, innovate, and find new businesses that are suitable or consistent with the organization's operations.
- Increase the chances of success in each presentation: NON-Janease / LOCAL PROJECT (Non-Japanese MEP project such as Consultant, Non-JP General Contractor, Non-JP Factory)
1. Find information that is beneficial to customers, meet customers, and build good relationships with all groups of customers.
2. Follow up and coordinate with customers and the company's team.
3. Find insights from both customers and competitors and pass them on to those involved in the company for further action.
Build customer confidence.
1. Analyse customer groups and create public relations channels to reach real customer groups.
Understand the bidding requirements
- Can review the project status and points. (Understand MEP work match with Company scale)
- Cooperate and support the estimation team.
- Contract Review / check listed / risk assessment
- Can Assist Construction Manager for VO or claim (QS)
- Understand the Cost of A particular project or work.

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 30 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาเครื่องกล/ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายโครงการหรือวิศวกรโครงการในงานก่อสร้างและติดตั้งอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- ใบอนุญาตวิศวกร ระดับ 1 หรือ 2
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเสนอราคาโครงการ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการประมาณราคางานด้านเครื่องกลและไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน B.O.Q ของงาน MEP
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับการติดตั้งระบบเครื่องกลและไฟฟ้าสำหรับโรงงาน, โรงงานและอาคาร
- มีความสัมพันธ์กับที่ปรึกษา นักออกแบบ เจ้าของ และซัพพลายเออร์
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์

- สามารถใช้ MS Office, MS project และ Auto CAD ได้ดี ถือเป็นข้อดี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
