Assistant Accounting Manager (50K–68K) (SDG-65366)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manages the accounting team to support daily accounting activities and closing
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and financial year closing activities as well as submission of financial management and statutory reports
- In conjunction with company's auditors ensuring lawful application of local tax laws and regulations relevant to company's business
- Coordinating manufacturing and commercial side of Accounting Department
- Regulate accounting document flow and controlling Invoices/Costs of goods received and proper implementation in the system
- In parallel with cost control, ensure appropriate allocation of costs into the MRP
- Responsible Profit & Loss Statement, Budgeting and other management reports
- Perform variance analysis of revenue and expenditure between actual and budget
- Responsible for annual statutory/audits, tax compliance and other regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting standards, statutory authority and audit requirements
- Month-end closing and month-end report
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 30 - 37 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 5-8 years experience of Accounting in manufacturing firm (Electronic and Automotive product is a must)
- Experience of summarize financial and accounting report
- Experience support closing monthly/yearly account/ Tax report / P&L report / Costing
- Manage team experience with direct subordinate
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- SAP program and Oracle are preferred
- Positive attitude, good responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skill.
- Having CPD would be advantage

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการทีมบัญชีเพื่อรองรับกิจกรรมและการปิดบัญชีประจำวัน
- ตรวจสอบกิจกรรมการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและปีการเงินที่ตรงเวลาและถูกต้อง รวมถึงการยื่นรายงานการจัดการทางการเงินและตามกฎหมาย
- ร่วมกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีของบริษัทเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการนำกฎหมายภาษีท้องถิ่นและระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัทไปใช้อย่างถูกกฎหมาย
- ประสานงานด้านการผลิตและการค้าของฝ่ายบัญชี
- ควบคุมการไหลของเอกสารทางบัญชีและการควบคุมใบแจ้งหนี้/ต้นทุนของสินค้าที่ได้รับและการใช้งานที่เหมาะสมในระบบ
- ควบคู่ไปกับการควบคุมต้นทุน ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการจัดสรรต้นทุนที่เหมาะสมใน MRP
- รับผิดชอบงบกำไรขาดทุนงบประมาณและรายงานการจัดการอื่น ๆ
- ทำการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนของรายได้และค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างตามจริงและงบประมาณ
- รับผิดชอบด้านกฎหมาย/การตรวจสอบประจำปี การปฏิบัติตามภาษี และเรื่องระเบียบข้อบังคับอื่น ๆ
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสอดคล้องกับนโยบายองค์กร ขั้นตอนและมาตรฐานการบัญชี อำนาจตามกฎหมาย และข้อกำหนดในการตรวจสอบ
- รายงานการปิดสิ้นเดือนและสิ้นเดือน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 30 - 37 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 5-8 ปี ในบริษัทผู้ผลิต (ผลิตภัณฑ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และยานยนต์เป็นสำคัญ)
- ประสบการณ์ในการสรุปรายงานทางการเงินและการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์สนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน/รายปี/ รายงานภาษี / รายงานกำไรขาดทุน / การคิดต้นทุน
- จัดการประสบการณ์ทีมกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาโดยตรง
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- โปรแกรม SAP และ Oracle เป็นที่ต้องการ
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและแก้ปัญหาได้ดี
- มี CPD จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
