Assistance R&D Manager (Japanese Speaking) (40K–50K) (SDG-100434)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่าย R&D (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

<Job responsibilities>
- Developing new products, redesigning existing products, and performing research and testing on product concepts.
- Developing new techniques and technologies to make the production process more efficient and less time-consuming.
- Collecting and analyzing data from experiments, trials, and market research.
- Improving the quality, Performance, and profitability of existing products and services.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ที่มีอยู่ และดำเนินการวิจัยและทดสอบแนวคิดผลิตภัณฑ์
- พัฒนาเทคนิคและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นและใช้เวลาน้อยลง
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการทดลอง และการวิจัยตลาด
- ปรับปรุงคุณภาพ ประสิทธิภาพ และความสามารถในการทำกำไรของผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่มีอยู่
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in food science
- At least 10 years of experience in R&D in the food industry
- JLPT N2 up (Contact with Japanese management)
- Good communication in English ( with internal team)
- Team management skils
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Master's degree in food science, chemistry, or related field
- Experiences working for food additive industries

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Kheha
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

- JLPT N2 ขึ้นไป (ติดต่อกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ( สื่อสารภายใน )
- ทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีม

- วุฒิปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร เคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมวัตถุเจือปนอาหาร
