Accounting Receivable Manager (45K-65K) (SDG-23789)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
 Supervise team member of Collection concerning Company’s accounting procedures policies and tax compliance.
 Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, coordinating contact with collections department
 Review and calculates AR Provision and prepare manual journal entries
 Prepare month-end and analysis of closing reporting, and account reconciliation.
 Coordinate with company auditors, and other government related to accounting and tax matters.
 Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of AR, GL


Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 37-48 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree
 10 years' experience in Accounting (especially AR)
 5 years' experience as Managerial level
 Experience in Logistic Company / forwarder
 Able to training AR team in all concerns jobs
 Knowledge in accounting software, Billing & Credit, Financial, etc
 Good English skill (especially communication)
