Accounting and Admin Staff (30K-40K) (SDG-27453) <Job Responsibilities> Responsible for accounting tasks and Admin tasks. Accounting task This company outsources basically accounting task to accounting firm Collecting the all accounting data, receipt, and voucher and input these on Excel system in order to share with accounting firm. Contacting and coordinating with accounting firm for general accounting Maintain records on billing & collection status, payment, tax return To handle other tasks assigned Administration task & General affairs Correspond to telephone call Filling data and necessary information Inventory control for stationary for office Supporting Japanese expats for getting Visa and Work permit with vendor Booking support for flight, rental cars, hotels for company members Other duties as assigned by Japanese Management
