<Job Responsibilities>
- Record, manage and store purchase documents.
- Issue invoice documents and billing.
- Issue receipt document.
- Retrieve company information from the database.
- Coordinate internally and externally.
- Responsible for other assigned tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 21 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- New graduation are welcome
- 2-3 years experience in Accounting
- Background in Issuing invoice documents and billing.
- Background receipt document.
- Willing to do Admin tasks
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Japanese Speaking
- Can start in April

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Work in Office >)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- บันทึก จัดการ และจัดเก็บเอกสารการซื้อ
- ออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้และวางบิล
- ออกเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- ดึงข้อมูลบริษัทจากฐานข้อมูล
- ประสานงานภายในและภายนอก
- รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 21 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- ประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี ด้านบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ในการออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้และการเรียกเก็บเงิน
- เอกสารใบเสร็จย้อนหลัง
- ความเต็มใจในการทำงานธุรการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ในเดือนเมษายน
