Assistant Design Engineer (Welcome New graduate) (22K–25K) (SDG-60892)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายธุรการทั่วไป
<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible for Material Control and import tasks and be in charge of some clients in Thailand
- Prepare import documents and input the data to internal system
- Communicate with the branches in other countries, when import products from them
- Inventory Control and manage delivery schedule by contacting both client and logistics company
- Prepare PO and issue invoice
- Flexibly correspond with urgent delivery requests
- Request shipment to supplier or warehouse
- Other duties assigned by Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 21 - 25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineer or related field.
- Welcome new graduate
- Able to use CATIA program
- Good command English with TOEIC 550 up
- Able to work at customer’s place (Manufacturing in Samutprakan)
- Computer literacy especially in MS. Office (Excel)
- Military Exempted. (For male)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good Command of Japanese skill (N3)
- Pivot and Vlookup skill

Workplace Area: BTS Prakhanong, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00((Mon-Fri) <Saturday Working: Depend on company calendar>)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบงานด้านการควบคุมวัสดุและการนำเข้าและดูแลลูกค้าบางรายในประเทศไทย
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารนำเข้าและใส่ข้อมูลลงในระบบภายใน
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับสาขาในประเทศอื่น ๆ เมื่อนำเข้าผลิตภัณฑ์จากสาขาเหล่านั้น
- ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและจัดการกำหนดการจัดส่งโดยติดต่อทั้งลูกค้าและ บริษัท โลจิสติกส์
- จัดทำ PO และออกใบแจ้งหนี้
- สอดคล้องกับคำขอจัดส่งเร่งด่วนอย่างยืดหยุ่น
- ขอการจัดส่งไปยังซัพพลายเออร์หรือคลังสินค้า
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 21-25 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาไฟฟ้าวิศวกรเครื่องกลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม CATIA ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีพร้อม TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานในสถานที่ของลูกค้าได้ (การผลิตที่สมุทรปราการ)
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์โดยเฉพาะใน MS สำนักงาน (Excel)
- ได้รับการยกเว้นทางทหาร (สำหรับผู้ชาย)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N3)
- ทักษะ Pivot และ Vlookup
