Finance & Accounting Manager (65K-75K) (SDG-40106) <Job Responsibilities> Manage overall accounting and financing tasks, lead Finance & Accounting team for accounting operations related to month-end/ period-end closing. (No. of transaction: Invoice approximately 1,200-1,500 bills, Payment approximately 200 bills) Handling month-end reconciliation of balance sheet and controlling accounts. Ensure accounting compliance, and accuracy of accounting system, all management reports including tax planning and cash flow projection. Responsible for the financial statements, financial packages, budget preparation, cost accounting and cash flow, withholding tax, VAT, as well as compliance with tax regulations. Provide analytical improvement to management. Providing the value financial report with analysis for the company performance. Responsible for cash flow management and credit management. Monitor cash flow situation of companies. Develop and implement process/system related to overall operation efficiency of general accounting activities in order to enhance internal controls that complied with laws and company policies. Lead company's project of selecting, planning and implementing ERP system Other related tasks for smooth operation

<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old Bachelor Degree At least 7-10 years of working experience as an Finance and Accounting Manager (Mainly on Accounting function) in Import/Export, Trading or Chemical company Proven experience of Management skills more than 5 years (number of subordinates must be above 4 persons) Experience in handling products more than 1,000 items Experience in the project of new setup ERP System Knowledge of Trading Chemical Industry Good command of English skills (for daily operation and documentation) Literacy of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for Data Analysis Able to do Advanced Functions of Pivot Table, VLookUp, Data Analysis Accounting Softwares: AutoFlight, ERP, SAP B1, Dynamix, and/or Navision Willing to take the main role in creating change across the company <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:40 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 65,000–75,000THB About the company Products: Lab supplies sourcing, Hazardous substance license application consulting, special chemical services-absolute chemical manufacturing modified or customized on requirement, premium chemical mixing.
