Export Manager @Chonburi (40K-45K) (SDG-23889) <Job Responsibilities> Receive instructions and confirm for booking vessel date with forwarder. Check the date before customs clearance process and advise customs (P.I.C) Check expenses in debit notes and of key payments such as C/C charges, freight charges, insurance charges, etc. Deal with port and customs. Arrange all concerned tax incentive application documents for tax refund. Check and compare expenses and quotations (C/C, T/P, packing & launching, storage, etc.) from each customs broker. Arrange claims note of export shipments of damaged cargo (broken, torn, bent, etc) with an insurance company. Supervise subordinates. Workplace Area: Hemaraj Logistic Park 1, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday 8:00-12:00 (2 times/ month)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–45,000THB About the company Products: Warehousing/Distribution processing. <Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 32-45 years old Bachelor’s Degree At least 5 years’ experience in export management. Experience in Freight Forwarder /Logistic company People management skills, strong leadership, service mind and a good team player. 2 years’ experience as a supervisor level. Well experience in export process, government authority (tax privilege & custom formality). Computer literacy (Excel, MS words) Good command of English (Advanced Conversational level) <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None
