Accounting and Finance Officer (35K-45K) (SDG-36393)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Directly report to the Chief Operating Officer.
 Responsible for general accounting, admin and data entry needs (listed below)
 Assisting the document and detail requirements for the requirements of external outsourced accounting providers across our Southeast Asian foreign and local branches.
 Responsible for invoicing company clients.
 Process accounts payable/receivable.
 Responsible for preparing company monthly financial statements, together with its supporting details e.g. bank reconciliation statement.
 Participates in budgeting, financial statement, cash monitoring, and cash flow reporting.
 General ledger reconciliations.
 Responsible for controlling traveling expenses and petty cash across SEA country branches in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and other parts of Asia such as China and Korea.
 Support monthly Tax reports including withholding tax in Thailand.
 Review inter-company transactions and ensure all inter-company balances are reconciled in time.
 Data entry into online accounting software.
 Liaison with external auditors.
 Coordinating with external accounting providers and banks in Thailand and overseas
 Prepare payments to be processed
 Assist with payroll (calculation of salary, deductions, overtime, commissions) and some HR record keeping.


 Support communication with our banking customer relationship managers.
 Any other related duties and general admin as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-37 years old
 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, auditing, or related field
 Minimum 3 years of experience in the accounting or auditing field is required
 Very good at English both written and spoken

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having experience working for international companies will be an advantage.
 Knowledge of Accounting standards and International accounting policy are preferred
