応募条件
■条件
・システム開発10年以上のご経験をお持ちの方
・英語：CEFR B1レベル
（TOEIC550点以上、TOEFL42点以上）
※英語学習に意欲的な方であれば、実務上の経験は不問です。
・プロジェクト管理経験者
・積極的に社内外でコミュニケーションを行える方
・海外で勤務してみたい方
・金融、会計業務の知識・経験があれば尚可
※ビザ取得費用全額負担（隔離期間中・ホテル滞在費全額負担）
■Requirement:
・ At least 10 years experience in system development
・ Good command of English and Mandarin
・ Knowledge in Japanese would be advantage.
・ Project management experience.
・ Self-initiative, talkative and flexible candidate.
・ Finance and accounting related experience and knowledge are advantage
Job duties: ・Working closely with engineer team in Japan to develop and enhance financial system such as FX and virtual currency exchanges. ・Main projects: exchange system, HP, Mypage, customer management (KYC, anti-money laundering, etc.) ・Monitor the project progress to meet technical requirement and schedule ・Communicate with internal parties and vendors to understand needs and feedback on current platforms ・Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution ・Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope <業務内容> • 日本のエンジニアチームと緊密に連携してFXや仮想通貨の取引所などの金融系システムを開発と強化 • 主なプロジェクト:取引所システム、HP、Mypage、顧客管理(KYC、アンチマネーロンダリング等) • テクニカル要求とスケジュールなど、プロジェクトの状況をモニターする • 社内関係者やベンダーとコミュニケーションと取って、現在のプラットフォームに関するニーズとフィードバックを聞く • プロジェクトの目標を明確にしてし、適切な実行しているかを管理する • リスク、時間、リソースなどのプロジェクトに関する潜在的な課題を考慮する <Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 5 years of IT project management experience ・Native Japanese speaker ・Experience in the banking/finance industry preferred ・Knowledge in or experience in PHP, Lavarel and AWS preferred ・VISA SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED • ５年又は以上ITプロジェック管理の経験 • 日本語ネイティブ歓迎 • 銀行・金融企業の経験ある方は優遇 • PHP, Lavarel とAWS の知識又は経験ある方は優遇 • ビザサポートあり IT company established in Hong Kong. <Job Responsibilities> • Develop web/Fintech applications and systems • Provide updates, modifications, and enhancements to applications and systems • Server and system maintenance <Necessary Skill / Experience > • At least 2-3 years experience in of web application development • Experience in using Laravel, PHP, Golang, Vue.js, MySQL / Aurora, AWS, Circle CI, Docker • Java, Javascript, Scala, C#, Node.js, Golang, Rails, Python, etc. • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1), Native Japanese speakers welcome • Interested in the FinTech industry • Experience in the banking/finance industry preferred • Experience in developing web applications and building/operating systems using AWS preferred IT company established in Hong Kong. ・Develop and implement new system ・Maintain and improve the performance of existing software ・Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues ・Design and update software database ・Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization ・Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary ・Ad hock duties 業務内容： ・DBの管理、リソースマネジメント、メンテナンス、冗長化。 ・障害時の関連対応、データの復旧、検証。 ・DB定義書の作成/管理、本番データ修正依頼対応など。 ・プロシージャ/SQL/DB全体の最適化。 ・データの移行、インポート、エクスポート処理。 ・ジョブの管理、最適化。 ・その他関連業務 ・ More than 3 years of experience in database management related to Oracle and MS Sql Server. ・Communication level in Japanese （N4 level or above）（Communicate with Staff） ・English: Daily conversation level (everyone on the team is fluent Japanese speaker) ・Oracle, MS Sql Server 関連のDB管理経験3年以上。 ・日本語能力試験四級以上合格 ・英語：日常会話レベル（チーム内は皆さん日本語が流暢です）
