【Job Responsibility】 日本人顧客に対するコンサルティング業務（会計、税務、労務、法務関係）をお任せするポジションです。 ※OJTで知識の習得ができるため現時点での知識はあまり問いません。 ・香港人スタッフの会計業務（月次・年次決算、連結決算）のレビュー・納期管理及び日本人顧客への報告・説明 ・香港人スタッフの会社秘書役（Company Secretary）業務のレビュー・納期管理及び日本人顧客への報告・説明 ・香港人スタッフの労務業務（給与計算、給与所得税計算）のレビュー・納期管理及び日本人顧客への報告・説明 ・日本人顧客からの各種質問に対する回答及びコンサルティング ・来客対応・電話対応 ・その他関連業務 This position entrusts consulting services (accounting, tax, labor, legal matters) to Japan clients. * Since knowledge can be acquired through OJT, there is not much knowledge required at the moment. ・Review and delivery date management of accounting operations (monthly, annual and consolidated financial results) of Hong Kong staff, and report and explain to Japan customers ・ Review of the work of the company secretary of Hong Kong staff, management of delivery date, and reporting and explanation to Japan customers ・Review of labor operations (payroll calculation, salary income tax calculation) of Hong Kong staff, delivery date management, and reporting and explanation to Japan customers ・Answering various questions from Japan customers and consulting ・Visitor support and telephone support ・Ad hoc duties 【Must Requirements】 ・日本における簿記2級程度の基本的な会計ルールに関する理解のある方 ・細かい管理業務をチェックし、正確かつ迅速に業務を遂行できる方 ・長く安定したキャリアを求める方、責任感がある方 ・日本語ネイティブレベル ・英語ビジネスレベル（来客・電話・翻訳等） ・最終学歴大卒以上（ビザサポートの場合） ※グループ会社も選考に入る可能性がございます ・ Have knowledge of the basic accounting rules of 簿記 level 2 in Japan ・ Able to check detailed management work and execute work accurately and quickly ・ Responsible person who seeks a long and stable career ・Japanese Native level ・English business level (visitors, telephone, translation, etc.) ・ University graduate or higher with final educational background (in the case of visa support) * Group companies may also be included in the recruiting process.
