Our client, an European insurance company, provides a diversity of insurance products and financial planning services, is now looking for high caliber candidates to join their corporate office.
SENIOR ANALYST DEVELOPER
Responsibilities
- Ensure all application systems development / changes (including analysis, coding, testing and documentation tasks such as URS preparation) are completed on time and with good quality
- Ensure all documentation are completed on time, maintained up-to-date and with good quality
- Assist to establish efficient and effective development methodologies, protocols and standards of practice and ensure they are followed properly
- Assist to liaise with users on new application systems related projects, monitor and manage the progress of projects and change requests
- Assist in computer operations and technical services (special machine setup for special applications) where appropriate
- Perform user support, training and cross team knowledge transfer where appropriate
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
-Degree Holder in Computer Science / related studies
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in leading IT functions, at least 2 years within life insurance industry
- Good knowledge of database transactions and SQL programming
- Good knowledge in IT system designs and technical capabilities
- ITIL foundation certification is an added advantage
- Good knowledge in Oracle Database and PL/SQL, MS SQL Database and SSIS, MS Access, C# programming, Crystal Reports, .Net
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese, fair in Putonghua
