SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER
Roles and Responsibilities
•Manage end to end project implementation
•Coordinate with various stakeholders and resources to accomplish project delivery
•Support the preparation and completion of documents according to project management guidelines
•Collaborate with internal/external parties to ensure the project objective is achieved on timely manner
•Work with project stakeholders to collect project scope and requirements
•Manage and support UAT and production rollout
•Payment device testing and certification
•Work with colleagues in different regions to rollout projects across the Asia Pacific region
•Capable to handle multiple project implementations with priority and schedule management
•Support ad-hoc requests as requested
Qualifications and Requirements
•University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications, with 3 to 8 years project implementation experience, exposure in payment industry is preferred but not mandated
•Experience in software development or testing
•Hands on implementation experience on credit card transaction processing related projects (optional)
•Familiarity with ISO8583, BIC-ISO, and APAC40 protocols (optional)
•Technical knowledge on POS terminals and payment gateway (optional)
•Knowledge of e-commerce, mPOS, ATM is a plus
•Dynamic, responsible, willing to take initiative and rigorous actions
•Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure and independently
•Excellent analytical skill and technical problem management skill is needed
•Self-motivated and strong team player
•Hands on experience in managing multiple projects
•Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese a definite advantage
•Open to travel
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate Project Manager
