Technical Service Executive
•Support helpdesk hotline call handling
•To solve customers' technical problems (phone & email)
•To assist customers on using our services (phone & email)
•Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
•Shift Duty is required
•Hands-on knowledge on various commonly used PC and email software
•Knowledge on web hosting, domain name, email system preferred
•Basic knowledge of web programming (HTML, PHP, ASP)
•Patient with good problem solving skills
•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
