Our client, a Japanese finance company is now looking for the following candidate to fulfill their elite team -
Duties
- Support the internal parties in organizing meetings
- Prepare all the logistics and documents for the meeting and function use
- Liaise with external parties in holding the functions
- Day-to-day communication with Japan HQ in daily operation
Requirement
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Business Administration
- With experience secretarial support, coordination function in finance, planning dept.
- Understanding and with knowledge in finance field
- Native Japanese speaker with business level in English
- Good communication skills, well organized and detail-minded
- Immediate available
