Our client, a Japanese company is looking for a candidate meeting the requirement below.
Requirements:
- Over 2-3 years of supervisory experience in customer service industry, preferably in call center,online marketing environment
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good command of English and Japanese
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via emails, live-chats and phone calls
- Handle statistics analysis and monitor the usage log and performance
- Prepare and review monthly reports
- Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
