Responsibilities 
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Infrastructure design, requirements definition, infrastructure implementation. 
- Prepare project documents. 
- Training, motivating and coaching team members. 
- Smooth communication between customer, vendor and internal team.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. 
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies. 
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
- Ad hoc duties

- プロジェクト文書準備
- チームメンバーのトレーニング、動機付け、コーチング
- 顧客、ベンダー、社内チーム間の円滑なコミュニケーション
- 顧客や従業員からの紛争や苦情の解決
- 情報とプロセスを分析し、より効果的または効率的なプロセスと戦略を開発
- 事業目標と利益目標の確立と達成
- その他関連業務

Requirement 
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline. PMP Certified preferred. 
- Must have more than 5 years of experience in infrastructure (Cisco/vmware/Windows/Linux e.t.c) design and implementation. 
- Must have more than 5 years of experience in cloud service (AWS/Azure/M365 e.t.c) design and implementation 
- Must have solid experience in infra project management skills (medium scale is ok). 
- Articulate, persuasive, good interpersonal skill and service attitude. 
- Can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills. 
- Good management skills on business partner supervisory. 
- Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.  
- Good command of English and Mandarin. Japanese will be added as advantage. 
- Experience in working for a Japanese company is advantage.

- コンピュータサイエンス、コンピュータエンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号以上。PMP認定済みが望ましい
- インフラストラクチャ(Cisco/VMware/Windows/Linuxなど)の設計と実装において5年以上の経験必須
- クラウドサービス(AWS/Azure/M365 など)の設計・実装に5年以上の経験がある方
- インフラプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験(中規模でも可)
- 明確で、説得力があり、優れたコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
- 独立して、革新的で、自発的で強力な問題解決スキルで働くことができる方
- ビジネスパートナーのスーパーバイザーに関する、優れたマネジメントスキル
- 優れた分析、コミュニケーション、および文書化のスキル 
- ビジネスレベルの英語と北京語。アドバンテージとして日本語が出来る方
- 日本企業での勤務経験があれば尚可
