－会計サービス（記帳代行、月次・年次の決算処理、財務諸表の作成）
－月次決算の会計・税務レビュー・サービス
－経営コンサルティング（投資戦略、生産性改善）
－企業の代表者やクライアントと連絡を取り、良好な関係の構築・維持
－事業に関連する事務業務等

【Must Requirements】
-3－5 years experience of accounting Consult or CPA holder(Any coutry)
-Previous experience in acquiring new clients and know-how
-Proficient in written and spoken Japanese &English

仕事内容 ・年次予算、年次予測、月次財務報告書（利益差異分析含む）の作成 ・上記の業務管理から得られた情報に基づき、事業の問題点を特定し、改善策を提案・実施 ・その他の業務運営サポート（例：DX推進） ・上長から指示された業務や臨時プロジェクトの補佐 ※出張あり（月1～2回ほど、深圳、蘇州、成都、佛山の現地法人（子会社）に出張予定） ※マネージャー職への昇進の可能性あり。ビジネスプランニングチームのメンバーを監督し、部門を管理する役割を担うことができます。 必要条件 ■語学：日本語ネイティブ 中国語ビジネスレベル以上 ■経験：経理・会計で5年以上（管理会計であれば尚良い） ■学歴：大卒以上 ■PCスキル：Microsoft Office 必須 ＜以下の条件に該当する方からのご応募歓迎＞ ・会計・経営または関連分野の学位保持者 ・連結決算の業務経験のある方 ・英語日常会話レベル以上の方 ・高いコミュニケーション能力、分析力がある方 ・チームメンバーと協力して業務にあたることができる方 The company is listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, which is a multinational corporation headquartered in Japan that specializes in industrial products centred on technologies in organic synthetic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and biochemistry.
