Job Description

<Job tasks>
- Manage day-to-day operation of the HR-Admin Department
- Take charge of recruiting all positions from Leader level down, including mass recruitment for Production Division (if any)
- Act as main contact with HR service companies on related hiring needs
- Be on top of other HR functions such as payroll, C&B, talent retention, training and development...
- Prepare yearly HR Plan and make sure the plan rolls out as expected
- Control all administrative matters of the company which include but not limit to company cars, canteen, security...
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by the Board of Directors will be discussed in details in the interview

<Hiring Schedule> 
- Expected 1st interview date : 2-3 days after submit
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : ASAP, in March

Job Requirement

Essential Requirements:
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Male
・Age: 30-40 years old
・Having working experience as a HR and Admin in Manufacturing industry around 4 years
・Having working experience as a team Leader
・Language: English Business Level (Internal use)
・Can use excel

<Preferable Skills / Experience>
・Having working experience in Japanese or Foreign company
・Having knowledge about Vietnam Labor Law and related regulations
・Language : Japanese conversational level
