Job Description
- Prepare for new sales staffs by conducting orientation to sales process, developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling advance sales training skill for senior sales staffs.
- Determine training needs by travelling with sales force, observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
- Provide coaching; conducting training sessions; develop outcome improvement resources.
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job function.
- Support and co-ordinate with other training from related department such as logistic training, accounting and finance training, marketing training, service and part training for new dealer development progress.
Essential Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Technical
- From 2 years of Sales Engineer manager/leader experiences.
- Coaching, training and interpersonal skill
- Good communication, problem-solving skill
- MS Office skill
- English conversational level ( from TOEIC 600 )
Preferable Requirements :
- Experience in Automobile is a plus
