Job Description
- Report to Japanese Division Director
- Assigned to Admin team ( 1Japanese + 4 Vietnamese)
Job Responsibility
- Communicating with Technical team of Japan HQ about internal software system.
- Setting up laptop/ printer/ internet for employees.
- Solving problems related internet network and laptop system.
- Contacting telecommunications company if you cannot find solution.
- Supporting general GA & HR tasks.
- Assisting expats in applying for work permit, visa, resident card and etc.
- Working with HR agency. Sharing recruitment information, arranging interview, and informing the result.
Job Requirement

- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25-35
- Be able to develop IT infrastructure of office.
- 2+ working experience as Network Administrator or Admin or GA or HR or IT Communicator.
